Do you come to my home or office?
Yes — NSD is a fully mobile detailing service with a self-contained rig. We come to your home, office, or job site anywhere in our Twin Cities and North Shore service area.
Are you fully insured?
Yes, we're fully insured on every job, from a quick wash to full paint correction and ceramic coating installs.
How long does a ceramic coating last?
Our professional-grade ceramic coatings carry a 5-year warranty. With normal washing and care, that hydrophobic, glossy protection holds up for the full term.
How long does a detail take?
Time varies by vehicle size, condition, and package. We'll give you a time estimate when you book so you can plan accordingly.
Do you need water and power access?
No — our mobile rig is fully self-contained with its own water and power, so we don't need to hook into your home or office utilities.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment is easy — we'll confirm your current payment options when your booking is confirmed.
What if it rains on my booking day?
Weather happens — if rain or snow is forecast, we'll reach out and work with you to find a new time. Interior-only details can often go ahead regardless of weather since we're fully mobile and self-contained.
Do you detail Teslas and EVs?
Yes — we detail Teslas and other EVs regularly, including care for glass roofs, frunks, and EV-specific interior materials.
Do you offer fleet pricing?
Yes, we offer custom fleet detailing packages for multiple vehicles. Reach out with your fleet size and we’ll put together volume pricing.
Can you remove pet hair?
Yes — pet hair removal is included in our Interior Maintenance package, and it’s available as an add-on with any other package.
